   The Bedford is a beautiful restaurant in the Paris hotel. The problem is the breakfast/brunch menu, which I understand is relatively new, is very limited. There were basically three items on there for breakfast; pancakes , an omelette, and a sort of Benedict. Which I ordered and it was delicious. The only problem was, I asked for a soft poached egg, and it was more of a medium to hard poach. But AnyWho, I don’t think breakfast for one person should cost $100. My actual breakfast was $35, my bloody Mary was $25 and then there are no sides included so just a side of potatoes was $16. The restaurant itself is beautiful. The ambience is beautiful. The service was amazing, it’s just a little pricey for what you get in my opinion. Plus, the salt and pepper, which I had to ask for, is served in a little bowl which is a beautiful presentation, but it slipped out of my hands And fell all over my eggs Benedict so that was annoying. The dinner menu looked really good and I hope I get another opportunity to come back and try that.

   Absolutely exceeded expectations. Food was not only delicious but elegant in appearance. All staff was a class act. Our entire party was in awe of the entire experience. Highly recommend.

   The service at the bar was outstanding. Unfortunately the food was nothing special. I’ve visited many other restaurants on various Caesar’s properties that have been outstanding, The Bedford didn’t compare. The smashed potato served table side had potential, however it was barely warm, extremely disappointing. The pork chop was fine but nothing special for the price, 14 ounces was $80. The atmosphere and decor is elevated but there are so many spots in Vegas far better than this. I’d likely not return.
