Brasserie B
Caesars Palace
While Brasserie B isn’t quite open yet, it’s already generating a lot of buzz. Slated to open in late 2023, they will serve distinct, timeless French-inspired cuisine for brunch, lunch, and dinner.
Considering Bobby Flay trained at the French Culinary Institute, this feels like an obvious next step for the celebrity chef, so prepare to be wowed.
From the moment you arrive at Brasserie B, you’ll feel like you’ve been transported into a Parisian brasserie from the 30s and 40s. The classic Parisian-style decor includes maroon leather banquettes and expertly designed lighting that emits a golden glow.
Every detail of the decor has been well-planned and executed to evoke an authentic brasserie feel with a deco influence.
Brasserie B’s menu will include a blend of brasserie staples and inspired dishes with surprising flavors, true to Bobby Flay’s style.
One thing they’re going to take very seriously is their French fries. This may sound simple, but actually, they’ve dedicated an entire section of their kitchen to the endeavor so they can be made the authentic Parisian way, which takes two days.
They want to be known as the place for the best French fries in Las Vegas, and they have the skill to pull it off. It may be a joke, but Flay imagines some people will come just for the fries and get a steak on the side.
This eatery will also serve various cuts of premium steak, pork chops, lamb chops, mussels, and more. They also plan to feature a sensational raw bar with lots of super fresh options.
Lastly, one of Bobby Flay’s signature moves is using regional peppers to give his cuisine authenticity, and Brasserie B is no exception. He plans to use Aleppo and Espelette peppers to ensure the flavors pop and leave a bold finish.
Once this spot is open, make sure to come in for a dose of their casual professionalism amidst a bustling, energetic atmosphere.
