Authentic Asian Cuisine Menu
The introduction of bao buns and dim sum make Chi Asian Kitchen Restaurant a unique and fresh taste compared to the pan-Asian cuisine seen at most Las Vegas restaurants. The menu delivers both comforting Chinese American standards but also more traditional Asian cuisine that tastes just as good but isn’t as well known.
Below is a complete breakdown of each section so you can get your taste buds salivating and know exactly what you want by the time you eat here.

Starters & Shareables
Most of the starters at Chi are true to form and only give you a taste of the flavor-filled dishes that are to come. The Charred Green Beans, Pea Shoot Salad, Spicy Cucumber Salad, and Spicy Edamame are light choices to prepare the palate. You could also dive right in with the signature Curry Puffs filled with ground prime beef and toasted cumin or the Chicken Karaage which is Japanese style served with spicy mayo. Dishes here range from $8 to $14.
Soups
There are four different soups available at Chi including the Seafood Udon Noodle, Oxtail Noodle, Wonton, and Spicy Beef Tan Tan Udon. The Spicy Beef has the most satiating flavor of the four with spicy miso-sesame and ground beef. Prices range from $17 to $21.
Bao Buns
Although small, the bao buns section at Chi immediately separates it from most other Asian restaurants on the Strip. The Pork Belly includes an umami-flavored hoisin glaze and toasted peanuts while the Korean Fried Chicken is as finger-licking good as any American version. You’ll get some spicy soy mayo to dip and some pickled daikon on the side. Both options are $13.
Signature Plates
Where the menu really starts to take off is in the signature dishes section. You’ll see multiple options that serve the freshest fish from all over the world that Vegas cuisine is known for. Few other cities have such a large concentration of freshly caught seafood delivered from every country of the globe.
Alaskan Black Cod, Whole Fish, and a Seafood Curry highlight the great tastes of the sea but you also have other protein options like the Char Siu BBQ Pork and Hunan Beef. For a more traditional option, Chi includes Mongolian Beef prepared with classic ingredients like green onions, chili, and garlic. Prices for all dishes range from $18 to $42.
Dim Sum
The other welcomed addition to an Asian menu in Las Vegas is a large number of options for dim sum. You’ll find it all here like the signature Pork Xiao Long Bao Soup Dumplings, the Crab Wonton, and Cantonese Spring Rolls.
Other must-try dishes are Potstickers, Baked Char Siu Pork Buns, and Leek Cake Dumplings. In traditional style, the prices are all affordable and shareable so get several for your party and split them between everyone. Prices range from $9 to $14.
Rice
The rice section is where all the Pan-Asian ingredients start to sing at Chi. The Karaage Chicken Bowl comes with steamed rice, shredded cabbage, scallions, ginger, radish, and ginger mayo. The Bulgogi Fried Rice is packed with kim chee, mushrooms, eggs, togarashi, scallions, and marinated ribeye.
Even the Beef rice has six different ingredients filling up your bowl. You can also add chicken, shrimp, or kim chee to any order. Prices range from $13 to $21 and any protein add-ons will be a few dollars extra.
Noodles
A large selection of noodle dishes are available for those looking for something a bit more carb-filled. Must-try options are the XO Shrimp Noodles and Seafood Yakisoba, which comes with crab, shrimp, scallops, and tasty veggies.
Other options that you can’t go wrong with are the Fried Pork Noodles, Beef Chow Fun, and Kung Pao Chicken Noodles. All options include the classic Asian ingredients that give it the umami flavor. For the amount of flavor and food in each option, what you pay is reasonable. You’ll find prices ranging from $15 to $21.
Desserts
Anyone able to save a little room after the huge main entree section of the menu is rewarded with a couple of tasty desserts. The homemade doughnuts are made with a croissant beignet and ginger-sugar for a uniquely Asian donut. There are also egg tarts on a flaky buttery crust. Prices are $10 and $11 respectively.
Drinks & Cocktails
Chi realizes their fun and relaxing environment is a great place to have a few drinks. An impressive selection of beer, wine, and sake are all available. The creative cocktail menu features a Ni Hao Cucumber, Heart of the Dragon, and Confucius’ Smile all made with different spirits and Asian-inspired flavors. All options are cleverly titled and have even more impressive flavor profiles.
